My experience today with Sheri while in search FOR FOOD in this economy for my elderly mother was beneath than pleasant. While trying to obtain clarification of open pantry hours, she very sarcastically responded to us about which day of the week today was. We were obviously confused. I'd like to make suggestion to be content and with attitude of servitude while serving a community of another race.

I HOPE THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE which i was the only person GETTING A FINAL NOTICE. THE PERSON OR PERSONS WHO HUMILIATED & EMBARASSED ME who SHOULD ALSO BE ON FINAL NOTICE or fired are not being held responsible ALSO IT SHOULDNT BE DIFFERENT STROKES FOR DIFFERENT FOLKS. Website calendar says they have a location in Troy on Sundays from 11 to 4. I went there on the day it said they’ll be open at 11 and waited until 1. No one ever showed up.

I went here for the first time to get free testing and got a test that was administered by Brooks. This place has not only the most calmest ambience, but the nicest staff ever, especially Brooks. I couldn’t have had a more comfortable, validating, non-judge-mental, and overall positive experience.

Was suppose to help me with my rent payments. Called and called and was ignored for over 2 months. Then when I finally reach them, I'm told the person who signed me up didn't have the right program. Months of waiting for nothing. They aren't any help at all.
